Weird network issue

Hi community,
I have a weird network issue with my Neo Z64w.
When I leave the Minix up and running for the night and kodi is running too, the next day I find that the network loses it's Internet connection (yellow sign on the network icon).
the only way to resolve is to disconnect the cable then reconnect it.
I tried to update the driver and it didn't help.
Next I attached Ethernet-to-USB adapter and it occurs on it too!
I have updated all latest BIOS and OS updates to no avail.
