resume on power loss

Hi,
is it possible to enable configure the bios so the unit powers on after a power loss ?
I could not find the setting in the BIOS and it would probably be a useful addition.
If it's not possible is it possible to flash an alternative bios with this feature enabled ? I don't mind losing the minix logo at boot time (it's an headless pc anyway) or the windows license (I have a pro license anyway)
