MINIX NEO Z64 W10 - Unable to install windows 10 after boot failure

Hello,

I have purchased the MINIX NEO Z64 W10, and after a power outage I had, the device is failing to boot up windows 10.

I tried reading in many forums, and I could not resolve the issue.
So I decided to try and install from scratch.
