Full window Kodi???

I have been running Kodi in my machine and it always fills my screen.I needed to reinstall Kodi but now when it runs I get the white bar across the top with close/max/ min icons.
Along the bottom there is the Windows task bar.Both top and bottom bars are visible at all times when Kodi is running.Any idea how I can get back my full screen?
